The clip lock works perfect when placed in a cart and prevents the clubs from banging around in the bag. In a pull cart when pulling over the terrain the clip locks aren't strong enough (if they were stronger it would be difficult to use) but it still give the clubs good protection from each other.
Absolutely a recommendable product.
