For me this bag does not have enough pockets for all the gear and personal effects I need on the golf course. I was surpised it does not have a full length pocket which is necessary to stow a full rain suit. The bag rain hood will barely zip up with my full set of clubs on board. Other than this I like it. This review is from: Ogio Decibel Stand Bag (Sports) I owned an older Ogio bag, but unfortunately the rain hood was damaged.
So I purchased the Decibel as a replacement. I'm not entirely happy with this purchase. PROS: - light-weight - fashionable color scheme - solid legs - club separators CONS: - MAJOR cost-cutting evident throughout - new rain fly design is crap (replaced SNAPS with velcro and cheap velcro hoops) - leg straps don't work well - not as many pockets as older bags - pockets not as deep (i.e. shoes don't fit well in the large pocket) - some sharp corners/unfinished material scratched my hand a number of times Finally, overpriced. |
