I ordered this bag based on the previous reviews that it had an insulated pocket. It has the smallest side pocked that is apparently insulated. I couldn't even fit a 750ml bottle of water in it and there is hardly what I would call insulated in it to keep it cool even if you could fit it in there. Disappointed with this as it was almost $200 and this was the main feature I was looking for. Apart from this, I love the bag. The colour is great for a ladies bag with an edgier look. Almost more of a surfy design which is quite funky with the pink trim through the black tartan. Heaps of pockets and room. Sturdy material and plenty of separate compartments which separate your clubs individually. The ball pocket at the front is very handy as it is a pull pocket rather than a zipper for fast access. After much searching I finally found a stylish light weight cart bag that is mainly white. Sadly it is not available in Australia so I found the bag on the net. The only complaint that I can make is that the phone/valuables compartment is very small and there is no seperate area for sunnies. I have to say that I was very impressed with the time from placing my order to delivery was only 5 days. Great service.
