I purchased the Ping Hoofer bag as a birthday gift for my boyfriend 2 weeks before his actual birthday with the notion it would be here in the allotted 5-7 shipping days. I would highly suggest purchasing the bag (I've seen it in person and my boyfriend, an avid golfer loves this bag, although we still have not yet received it). However, I would NOT purchase it from Dallas Golf. The day after I gave them my $172 for the bag, I received an email saying "Your Ping Hoofer Bag Has Shipped!"...well not really, considering we are now on day 8, and I still have yet to receive the bag. After countless calls, messages, emails to Dallas Golf, I FINALLY spoke to a representative who was nothing short of cold, unapologetic, and rude. I finally received the tracking number, 8 days after the purchase, only to tell me that the very earliest I would receive the bag is 16 days after my order.
