This is the basketball backboard for a door that you are looking for if you need/like the extra fun of keeping score and recorded crowd/cheer reaction to a score. One suggestion would be to secure backboard to the support section of the hanger. You get kind of a "bang" out of each strike of the ball against the backboard. I found it loud and annoying- others might actually enjoy this- "extra bang for their buck" (sorry for the poor pun). David

We bought this toy for my 10 year old son and the first time he tried to slam dunk it it broke. But even so, he wanted another one, saying he just wouldn't slam dunk it anymore. Buy at your own risk.
