The SCB Deluxe was configured specifically for use on the Speed Cart. We started with a top and bottom designed to nest in the upper and lower bag wraps of the Speed Cart and added the features we think are necessary in a cart bag: pockets that are always accessible when the bag is on a cart, an integrated putter tube and an umbrella storage system that keeps the umbrella handy. In addition, Sun Moutain used a top with 14 individual full-length dividers and a utility handle. While the SCB Deluxe is designed for the Speed Cart it also works well on a riding cart.
Features:

There are nine pockets including a velour-lined valuables pocket, an insulated cooler pouch, 2 full-length clothing pockets, a ball pocket with two-way zippers for ease of use and multiple accessory pockets

The quick-release strap removes easily for storage when the bag is on the cart

Other features include a ball liner for precisely marking balls, dual pen holders and a matching rain hood.

Great bag all the perks of a top end bag should have, Plenty of space for extra fleece and rain gear. Well made with 13 slots for clubs and a separate tube for your putter which is the feature I like the best. The only negative thing I can say is the insulated pocket only holds 3 waters with an ice pack I thought this would be larger.
